Looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead to join the ITSM team. This person will step in to a lead role mentoring a team of 8 people (both onshore and offshore) and will overall serve as a resource for Developers, Process Leads and Stakeholders to understand best practices for implementing solutions in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will be able to utilize their strong development background to ensure the team and project are on-track and on-task. This person will also work closely with business and IT teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation, upgrades and support.
Required:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in the development and support of a ServiceNow environment (fine if last 3 years with ServiceNow and previous experience with Remedy or other)
- Experience deploying ServiceNow or implementing a new module
- Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components such as ITAM (IT Asset Management), HAM (Hardware Asset Management), SAM (Software Asset Management)
- Experience in a large enterprise environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors degree
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience implementing HR module (expect to later this year)
- Previous lead or mentor experience
