When your referral gets hired, they’ll step into a new role — and you’ll receive up to $500, depending on the seniority of the position. It’s a win for your network, and a win for you.

You may be asking yourself, “After I submit a referral, what happens next?” Great question. We’ll send you a follow-up for your records showing the details you shared with us, and our recruiters will be notified as well. We will reach out to the person you referred to understand what they are looking for in their next position and work to place them in a new role.

Once the referred candidate completes 90 days on a new assignment with Brixton, you’ll receive up to $500, depending on the position.

There are a few rules: a) the person cannot already exist in our database; b) the individual must be hired and complete 90 days of work to be eligible; c) the referred consultant must be placed within 6 months of the referral date.
