Prominent Texas Physicians Group seeks Patient Experience and Virtual Health professional to lead strategy and direction of digital patient experience and virtual health programs. Individual will work closely with organizational leadership and operations with a specific focus on digital and virtual patient interaction and experience.

  • Demonstrated understanding and history of leading both digital patient experience and virtual health with an ability to understand and track metrics and data
  • A proven track record of working with the measurement of patient experience to drive improvements while continually monitoring progress regarding usage and survey data to further elevate and utilize both digital and virtual product offerings
  • 5+ years of experience in leading digital patient experience and virtual health platforms in a healthcare system with extensive knowledge in Video Platforms, Patient Portals and Mobile
  • Experience within Epic, MyChart, Artificial Intelligence, DevOps, Agile, APIs, Machine Learning, RESTful Web Services, Chatbots, patient portals and various other applications
  • Strong cross departmental communication including Operations, Clinicians, Marketing and IT
  • Ensuring updated and extensive knowledge of industry trends to provide vendors with digital and virtual health enhancement options
  • Phenomenal communicator with strong presentation skills and a history of designing and delivering successful solutions for a healthcare system
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, with a Master’s Degree preferred
