Role: Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate growth: draw on deep data analysis, creativity, growth experimentation, and prior  experience to optimize conversion, new customer acquisition and new product adoption
  • Define strategy and lead execution of all SEO, paid search, social, display, events, webinars, and partner marketing campaigns
  • Lead a team of digital marketing specialists to deliver revenue growth
  • Envision and drive the digital marketing transformation for Apparel Solutions, while overseeing daily marketing activity
  • Drive an audience-first digital channel strategy, experimentation and optimization
  • Deepen understanding of apparel manufacturers path-to-purchase
  • Develop systems to automate and optimize program conversion for apparel manufacturers
  • Develop strategy to build and maintain database of factory contacts
  • Leverage your domain expertise, test design skills, stakeholder management, and creativity to develop a full funnel strategy across all channels
  • Partner with senior marketing manager to develop and engaging multi-channel campaigns
  • Manage digital agencies and determine methodologies to increase capacity
  • Work closely with finance to determine intake process for new marketing campaigns while optimizing EBIT and meeting short-term revenue goal
