**Permanent Direct Hire OR Hourly Contract, commensurate with experience.**


  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Shared Services to help design future state global HR service delivery model.
  • Identify opportunities to centralize, standardize, and automate field HR services, while providing flexibility at a local level to drive competitive advantage.
  • Help drive associate experience across global businesses, by providing easy, accurate, and timely access to HR information for associates and managers.


  • Designs transformational strategies and builds/leads complex, global projects to implement Workday HCM globally, including U.S. Canada, U.K and certain other European countries, and Latin American countries
  • Design a forward-thinking HR service delivery model, with clearly defined RACI for field HR, HR COEs, and HR global business services teams
  • Influence business outcomes by driving HR business process improvements and clearly illustrating business value to all stakeholders, including ELT, business leaders, front-line managers, and associates
  • Partner with IT and HR teams and implement best practices within the Workday HCM technology infrastructure, including core HCM, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, and talent management modules
  • Cultivate strong relations with field operations leaders, finance, HR, and other stakeholders to understand key business challenges and leverage technology and process to address those challenges

Preferrd Requirements:

  • 10+ years in designing and leading a global HR service delivery function under a global infrastructure
  • 7+ years managing global Workday HCM deployments
  • Strong experience in strategically designing and leading global Workday HCM projects including HCM, Talent acquisition, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and talent management modules
  • Ability to navigate and influence within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Extensive in design thinking and knowledge of the interconnectivity between the various sub-functions within HR
  • Experience in designing employee experience programs by leveraging self-service, mobile tools, chatbots, is a strong plus
  • Offer strong analytics knowledge including strong command of Excel or other planning tools
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work across functions 
  • Knowledge of large logistics organizations, preferred

Education Preferred:

  • Master's degree in business management, HR or IT
