Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience directly driving IT transformation & strategy planning. Preferably in a high-tech consulting environment.
- Minimum of 4 years' leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience implementing & enforcing standards, such as: code reviews & architectural reviews.
- Ability to demonstrate advanced scripting skills JavaScript, SQL
- Experienced with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile.
- At least three ServiceNow certifications- System Admin, Application Developer and ITSM preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience
- Cloud migration experience
- ITIL Certified
- Experience integration ServiceNow with AWS or Azure
- Experience building prototypes
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude
- Proven team player and team builder
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture
- A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project management
