Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Support Reimagine HR Program towards HSRD Domain, Workday, Genesys, Pulse (Anthem Internal) and DFD integrations
- Integration on Integration hub and use ServiceNow spokes(Workday, MS Teams , Virtual agent , etc)
- Design & Develop Service catalogs and record producers
- Active directory integration with ServiceNow (LDAP integration for Servicenow user profiles)
- ITSM, SAM (Software Asset Management), HAM ( Hardware Asset Management), Service portal
