Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and management skills (minimum project size 3-5 people).
- Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow
- Minimum of 3 years managing project budget ($300,000 minimum in US, none for Canada)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude
- Proven team player and team builder
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture
- Proficiency with MS Project
- Risk Management Skills
- For Canada: Bachelor's degree of equivalent (minimum 5 years of work experience)
- For US : Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience
- PMP or CSM certification
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- ITIL 4 Foundations Certification
