Duration: 18+ months
Compensation: up to $90/hr
Location: on-site 1-2 days/week in Philadelphia, PA
Program Manager will be responsible for utilizing strong program management skills to lead highly complex programs from definition through delivery. More specifically, based on a Vision Document (provided by the Business owner) the Program Manager will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing to a robust project plan (excel based) as well as facilitating weekly project meetings, coordinating key activities with subject matter experts, development teams, business owners and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- The ability to understand and document complex requirements and scenarios.
- Proactively managing tasks and deliverables (against a project plan).
- Supporting the team with exceptionally strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate informative and productive discussions with business and technology stakeholders, including those meetings leading up to & preparing for the 'launch' of new Solutions.
- Providing insights and collaborating with business leaders to manage expectations and project outcomes thus should have prior experience leading complex and cross-functional programs, strong work discipline and the ability to determine their own work priorities.
Requirements:
- Should have at least 10+ years of related experience.
- Agile and/or SAFe methodology experience a plus.
- Experience in end-to-end product development and/or SDLC.
- Working understanding of business systems and systems development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
