Epic Tapestry Support Analyst

Compensation: Up to $90k Base + Benefits + Relocation

The Epic Tapestry Support Analyst will provide system support for tasks within Tapestry and Benefits Engine modules. In addition to Tapestry they will provide support for Managed Care Operations and KSPA for Provider contracts.

Responsibilities/Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a certified Epic Tapestry Referral Analyst
  • Strong build experience with Benefits Engine, certification is preferred
  • Knowledgable in clinical data sets and Managed Care needed
  • Strong customer service skills as well as a background with implementations, upgrades, and testing is a must
