Desktop Support Analyst (22-01545)

Duration: Direct Hire/Permanent
Compensation: up to $55k Base + Benefits
Location: Philadelphia, PA (on-site 2 days a week)

Responsibilities & Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of related IT Service Desk/Help Desk Customer Service experience.
  • College degree with an emphasis on computer technology preferred.   
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office2016 to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook and Access a plus.
  • Ability to handle 40 – 60 technical and non-technical calls per day.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
  • Proven skill in managing multiple tasks and in establishing priorities.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills are critical.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
  • Works effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to pass a credit check.
