Location: Remote

The Data Analyst is responsible for developing hypotheses and drawing insights through the analyses across operational and commercial activities. Alongside a multi-disciplinary team, the Data Analyst will use these insights to inform critical business decisions and support the development of business initiatives


  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Alteryx, Tableau) to deliver timely and high-quality analytics and visualizations
  • Collaborate with data scientists to conduct exploratory data analyses in support of business objectives
  • Develop and execute analysis plans leveraging broad data sets (e.g., sales, market, customer and commercial data)
  • Ensure frequent communication with other analytics and business stakeholders to drive use case development, implementation of pilots, and evaluation of pilot effectiveness
  • Develop best practices for analytics (models, reporting) and share learnings with peers


  • BS/BA in a relevant field or related discipline (Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Mathematics, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience working in business analytics
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., data science, business owners) using Agile ways of working
  • Experience working with large datasets in the business environment
  • Proven analytic skills, including evaluation, analysis, and visualization
  • Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Alteryx) and data visualizations tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau); openness to learning other tools

  • Comfortable defining and solving ambiguous problems independently or with minimal guidance
  • Ability to manage time and schedules to meet deadlines
